Bottling Plants For Mineral Water, Fruit Juices, Liquor & Edible Oils

Venus Packaging Services offers a unique monoblock machine to rinse, fill and seal bottles of beverages without any human touch or involvement. The design won an award from the Indian Institute of Packaging, Mumbai. Packaged goods, be it mineral water, fruit juices, liquor, edible oils, or any other liquid for human consumption, is the demand of the day for reasons of insurmountable pollution and undetectable spurious products. The recent developments in the company's bottling plants are: 1 kW shrink system to shrink bottle labels and cap sleeves; neck holding of PET bottles for the entire journey through the rinse 'Fill Seal' machine for 60 to 120 bottles per minute; a unique dummy bottle filling system to give very accurate filling with no splash at all; and, capping of plastic cap by 'pick and place' collet with ingenious gripping of the bottle neck during capping torque which can be altered to suit the cap. A wide range of cap sizes can be handled by simple adjustment. Other developments in the offing are: fully automatic 20 BPM single cavity stretch blow moulding machine for PET preforms and fully automatic rinse fill seal machine for cups/tumblers on single rotor.
