The Automatic Bottle Cap Sealing Machine consists of a main structure, product transmission belt, in-feed screw, star plates, sealing head, mechanical vibratory bowl, cap discharge chute, product height adjustment screw, centralised lubrication system, isolated transformer, PLC and HMI.
- Unit is made compact and versatile with a structure made of MS cladded with SS 304.
- Mechanical driven system of the whole machine is through flange mounted motor and gear box providing a rigid vibration free construction for trouble free performance.
- No usage of V-belt, pulley ensuring less breakages, easy maintenance and high trouble free production output; the complete synchronised mechanism is designed on spur gears instead of chains and chain wheel avoiding frequent time spent on machine setting,
- User-friendly system to adjust the different speeds with the help of PLC and HMI; the output speeds appear on HMI
