Band Sealers (Horizontal/Vertical)

Process Instrumentation & Controls offers a wide range of continuous band sealer (horizontal -vertical), which is suitable for sealing individual pouches/bag automatically. The band sealer has variable temperature controller and speed control, to suit different grades of plastic material. Sealing speeds up to 12 metre per minute and sealing width of up to 10 mm is possible. Three types of models are available: horizontal type, vertical type and with foot stand type. Other special models include nitrogen filling attachment, vacuum option, printing attachment, and for heavy bags sealing.
