Band Sealer

Band sealer, Model AS-500, is a tabletop model for sealing pouches on-line. It seals pouches of virgin material like LDPE, HMHD, etc, and also laminates. The machine is provided with steel endless belts for long life and sealing head tilting facility for easy maintenance. It requires 0.5 kW power input. It is an ideal machine (rigid construction) for 24-hour operation for any products in pouches and adjusts automatically to suit pouches of different gauges. It gives an output up to 50 pouches per minute of 4 width. Conveyor mounted model is also available.
