Bagging Systems

LCS offers Bagging Systems, AWSFS. It is used for accurate bagging of free flow solids. It comprises of a surge hopper, weigh hopper mounted on 3 high precision load sensors connected to high-speed micro controller. It is also provided with various feeding mechanisms like gate/ vibrator/ screw feeder with suitable hardware and control outputs depending on material characteristics to be bagged. Its accuracy depends on speed quantity being bagged. Optional: multi feed arrangement for higher output; and compacting mechanism for batch weighed products while filling. It is ideal for grains, sugar, seafood, tea, detergent powders, spices. Capacities: 1, 5, 25, 50, 75, 100 kg.
