Bag Weigh Filling & Stitching Machine, Automatic

Perfect Enterprises has developed an automatic Bag Weigh Filling and Stitching Machine for the seeds industry. The seeds industry uses various sizes of cloth bags, non-woven bags, and jute bags with handle for packing their seeds. The company felt the need for automatic machines for filling the gap, hence the invention. The machine consists of: 1. Product hopper; 2.Three-head linear electronic weigh filling system with bulk and fine feed mechanism; 3. Four-way indexing system; 4. On line conveyor; and 5. On line stitching machine. After setting the weigher, one can put on the machine with appropriate bag manually in the outlet gripper. The product is weighed and released into the stitching conveyor, which is automatically stitched and properly weigh filled and the stitched bag will come out of the conveyor. The speed of the machine is up to 30 bags/min of 6 kg bags. Utilities required: power – 230 V single phase, 3 HP; and compressed air 100 ltr/min at 8 bar pressure. The machine can be used by the following industries: seeds industry; instant foods; agro chemicals; detergents; pulses industry and roller floor mills for their retail packs up to 5 kg. It will be especially useful to contract packers. The machine is user-friendly and requires no maintenance or less maintenance.
