Plas Alliance offers Bag Making Machine. This is a servo motor drive side seal Machine with conveyer stacker. Features: servomotor control bag length, high speed production output 199 times/min with precisely size; sick photocell for accurate registration of film printing points, if the photocell can"t catch printing point, the machine will stop automatically. The machine has inverter control speed, easy operation, reduce electric consumption. This machine uses continuous working system; air blowing outfeed system; infeed speed controlled by inverter, the speed of main machine and infeed are synchronized. No-adjustment is required, very easy to operate; triangle folding device, EPC (edge position control) can be added as options; to make bag length precisely, servo motor system can be an option; the conventional mechanical clutch/brake and rack and pinion drive system is also available. The optional equipment includes chicken "stationary" flip and side seal bags (chicken bag copper knife could take off scrap automatically); circular perforating device, punching device, notching device, dot sealing device, EPC, triangle folding device, etc., are standard accessories; ultrasonic welding device is acceptable which results in perfect sealing and fast speed; and flat T-shirt bag (double sealing bags).
