TIA Technology offers a Jumbo Bag Filling Machine. Features: accuracy of ±0.05% or better of full scale; auto in-flight compensation; auto bag inflation and dust extraction facility; sliding arms bag hooking for easy operator access; vibration table for material consolidation; bag sensor to detect bag presence to avoid material spillage in the absence of a bag; feeders to suit material being bagged for coarse and fine feed control; and material of construction varies from MS to SS 316. Options: conveyor assembly for auto bag removal; adapter for different bag weight categories; optional inflatable gasket for bag sealing; adjustable to different bag dimensions; operator platform for bag hanging and clamping; bag clamping arrangement with bag sensor and bag hanging arm on the weighing frame and blower for bag inflation. Specifications: a powerful PCC CPU with 24-bit ADC with system compatible 2003 CPU, 700 KB Sram, 1.4 MB FlashPROM, 1 PCMCIA slot, network capable, 6 slots for screw-in modules, 10 digital inputs, 8 digital outputs, IP65 protection (from front); customised screens for display of data; standard interfaces – electrically isolated RS232 and CAN; expandable to support Ethernet, Profibus, Modbus protocols, optional 4-20 mA, 0-10 V analog output; and international standards compliance – C61131-2, EN 61000-6-4, UL508 C, UL and Gost-R certified.
