Shrink Packaging Systems offers Automatic Packing Machines, Ulma RA Series "L". It has been designed to pack all types of retractable films. As it is very easy to regulate, it can be adapted to different products to be packed. An individual computer control allows a direct access to all functioning variants, so guaranteeing a perfect adjustment to different control parameters. The package obtained meets all the market requirements. Electronic control includes an LCD where one can view selected parameters and also error messages (open security guards, emergency pushbutton, etc). Welding frame height regulation and self-centring allows to: improve production in low thinkness products; centre welding in package, no matter product size; and improve high product packing. Possibility to place coil-support in different positions. In upper position, machine width is reduced, and in lower position, coil placing is easier. Welding is made with a continuous ladle avoiding joints which can cause film breaking.
