Automatic Side Seal Bag Making Machine

Kejriwal Machineries manufactures an automatic side seal bag-making machine, PB 700, which is designed specially for high production of thin bags. The machine converts HM HDPE and polypropylene into poly bags and career bags. The machine has an unwinder that is a roll loading station consisting of sturdy steel plates fabricated with the main frame. A set of rubberised nip roller with variable speed drive having an automatic feed control is provided for regular feed followed by triple dancers for uniform tension control. The main drive consists of a set of rubberised nip rollers mounted on heavy steel plates, being driven by variable speed 4 AC frequency motor actuated by magnetic/ mechanical clutching and breaking system. Conveyor consists of sturdy endless nylon belts, guided by idlers, driven by variable speed 4 AC frequency motor. A steel table is provided for the stacking of bags with magnetic bag guides.
