Jacsons Engineers offers Automatic Label Dispensing Machines. It is characterised by accurate registration, automatic feeding, pre-set counting facility with fibre optic sensor and compact size. Its operation is very simple. It is useful for accurate, speedy and unmistakable counting of labels within wide range in size and thickness. It is electrically driven, very quite and smooth in operation and very fast. Fibre optic sensor has been provided at the end of guide rails. Features: digital counting with fibre optic sensor; AC drive for smooth operation; accurate registration; and automatic label feeding. Technical data: machine speed - 3 speeds 125/180/250 per min, depending on label shape and size; label range - max 204 x 154 mm, min 50 x 25 mm (16 mm width at extra facility); and geared motor - 440/230 V, 3-phase. Inkjet printing facility is optional. It is used in pharmaceuticals, food, pesticides, agro, cosmetics, distilleries, beverages, chemicals and packaging industries.
