Automatic form-fill-sealing machine

The Automatic multi-lane FFS machine ("Model SPM-600P) is developed after assessing the performance standards of various form-fill-sealing (FFS) machines extensively, with reference to pack mouth fresheners, tobacco-leaves, power (free flow and non free flow) and granules. The machine is fully automatic, equipped with Allen Bradley PLC, PID base temperature controllers and AC drives for variable speed. All contact parts are made from food-grade materials means keeping in mind full hygienic needs. Specifications: speed - 70 strokes/min (depending upon the quantity and type products); number of tracks - depends upon the width of the pouch; packing limit - 0.50 to 100 gm; power - 6.5 kW; dimensions of machine - 2.0 x 1.5 x 2.5 m (L x W x H); net weight - 1500 kg; and sealing - 4-side seal.
