Automatic Barrel Filling Machine

Flowmatics automatic barrel filling machine consists of a filling machine controller, weighing platform with roller and a dual speed filling head with a valve down/up provision. The filling machine controller is a microprocessor based circuit consisting of a fast sampling ADC and integrated circuits. The load is sensed by loadcell which is mounted under the weighing platform. The output of the loadcell provides the weight information which is used to control the filling volume. The dual speed valve is used for feeding the liquid at a faster rate during the initial feed and at a reduced rate during the final stages of the filling operation. This enables to obtain a better filling accuracy with a lower fill-cycle time. Two models are available with capacities of 200-kg/50-kg, and 100-kg/20-kg max/min.
