Atmosphere packaging machine

Vikaash Packaging manufactures a special modified atmosphere-packaging machine for packing chemical powders, granules, industrial goods and food products. This machine can vacuumise bags filled with the product and flush any inert gases like nitrogen, carbon dioxide, etc, to the required quantity and seals the bag. The modified atmosphere inside the bag enables to protect valuable products from spoilage due to bacteria, mould, moisture, shrinkage, oxidation, discolouration, contamination and other environmental threat and there by enhances the shelf life of the product. By the bag in box systems and the brick pack system, the package size can be reduced and optimised, there by reducing the storage space and transportation cost. The machine comes in two specific models: with T chamber for brick pack system for products up to 50 kg; and open type for bag in box system for products up to 1000 kg. Salient features: machine is pneumatically operated and with PLC and hot bar sealing system; bag stretchers are provided to eliminate wrinkles and ensure leak proof seals; up to l000 kg packaging is possible with up to 70" sealing length; and manual and automatic height and depth adjustment of the sealing jaw with tilting facility possible.
