Aluminium tube filling and crimping machine

Karishma Pharma Machine manufactures aluminium tube filling and crimping machines in single and double head versions. The machine has automatic ejection feature for filled and sealed tubes. All the operations of this machine are automatic except the feeding of tubes. Stirrer is incorporated in SS hopper and/or jacketed SS hopper having heat control arrangement with thermostat. Single head machines fill 25 to 30 tubes of diameter up to 35 mm per minute, whereas double head machines fill 40 to 50 tubes of diameter up to 22 mm per minute. This machine is suitable for all standard tube sizes and can be adapted to fill tins, jars, etc. No tube - no fill, no tailing by special pneumatic string cutter and electrical connections of 1 hp, 1440 RPM, 3 phase are the other features. Models for higher speeds are also available.
