Aluminium Foil Sealing Machine

Mumbai-based Autopack Machines supplies aluminium-foil sealing machine. This has the following functions: foil is drawn from the roll with the help of a pneumatic belt feeder; containers are picked up by the turret from conveyor and are brought under the sealing station; a reciprocating hot punch cuts and seals the foil on to the neck of the containers; scrap of the foil is pushed out of the machine; the sealed containers come out of the machine through the discharge conveyor; and output up to 4000 units per hour depending on the size. Special features include "no-container-no-foil system"; digital temperature controllers; easy system for changing over from one size to other; and can handle aluminium foil laminated with LDPE or coated with lacquer.
