Sealed Air Corporation has launched a new product Fill Air™ RF Packaging System ideal for on-line or individual work station installations. The clear solution for cost effective void filling, Fill Air RF Bags are made of extremely durable, clear and flexible film. Inflated bags lock items in place to avoid damage from movement during shipping. By using air to fill various size voids, the system provides fast and easy use mainly for blocking and bracing applications. Fill Air RF bags are available in six sizes for a wide variety of applications. These bags are shipped flat and inflated when used. When the customer wants to ship pharmaceutical products, electronic components, these air bags come handy in delivering clean and environmental sensible packaging when compared with shredded paper, EPS chips, etc. Apart from offering light cushioning, this method offers just-in-time production of bags saving valuable warehouse space and increase in productivity.
