7-ply Eco-Friendly Packaging Board

Wadpack Pvt Ltd has introduced a 7-ply Eco-Friendly Packaging Board, following the tradition and philosophy for 37 years to continually upgrade systems, procedures and technology, so that customers get the perfect package that would cover all spectrums of their requirements. Keeping in line with this endeavour the company has recently introduced eco-friendly 7-ply boards strong enough to replace wood at very competitive prices. Heavy-duty cartons have always been Wadpack’s forte and the company continues to build on it. The 7-ply line is specially targeted to provide a light weight yet sturdy alternative to plywood and other wooden packaging, which is environmentally friendly. With upgraded technology, the company now has the facility to make the largest flute combinations available under one roof a total of 11 combinations, including 4 ranges in 7-ply: AAA, CAA, AAB and CAB. These boards can be made to a thickness range of 12 mm to 15.3 mm with a range in bursting strength of 35 kg to 45 kg/cm² and ECT ranging between 17 kn/m to 27 kn/m. These boards are weather proof, FSC compliant and PCP free. The company can now play to 3-, 5- and 7-ply combinations covering all corrugated packaging needs, making it one-stop-shop offering customers a total packaging solution. It customises the boards to suit user requirements both in quality and price.
