Accurate Rubber Industries manufactures Silicone Rubber Tubes with scientific formula, via advanced technology processing. These tubes have good flexibility, high temperature resistance, and good stability, can be widely used for providing insulation protection for household electric appliances, industrial electric appliances. In continuous operation silicone tubes can withstand temperature form -60°C to +200°C. The tubes are very much flexible, arc-resistance, corona-resistant, and can be used for medical applications like surgical drains, suction equipment and catheter applications. Silicone tubes can be made on customers’ requirements and standard colours are red, blue, white, grey, green and transparent, (other colours available on request.) The sizes range from 02 mm ID to 100 mm ID with suitable wall thickness. The company also manufactures precision rubber components like “O” rings, pneumatic diaphragms, oil seals, bellows, chevron packings, “U” and “V” seals, gaskets, rubber bush, rubber impellers, rollers, sheets, extruded channels, sections, strips, sleeves, cords from natural and synthetic rubbers, viz., fluorocarbon (FKM) or viton, silicone, chloroprene (CR) or neoprene, EPDM, nitrile (NBR), butyl, hypalon, styrene butadiene (SBR) and natural rubber; and speciality polymers like hydrogenated nitrile rubber (H-NBR), carboxylated nitrile rubber (X-NBR), NBR-PVC, fluorosilicone (FVMQ), perfluoroelastomers (FFKM), isobutylene isoprene (IIR), fluoroelastomer (AFLAS), ethylene acrylic (Vamac); polyacrylate, epichlorohydrin (ECO) – Hydrin and polyurethane (PU).
