Welded Pipes & Tubes

Moonlight Tube Industries offers a range of Welded Pipes and Tubes. Cold rolled stainless steel strips are welded into tubes in the state of the art tube mills under fully automated precision process. Stainless steel slit strips are passed through a series of roller and tubes are formed automatically on different stands with rolls and welded on fully automated process of TIG welding without the addition of filler metal. The welding head line is polished continuously with the help of automatic bead polishing machine to produce a perfect bore. The tubes are then passed through a series of sizing rolls to ensure ovality and tolerances. Tubes are then cut to length, cold-drawn, solution annealed, straightened, pickled, passivated and polished before other destructive and non-destructive testing and despatch.
Straightening: After the annealing operation, the tubes are straightened with a straightening machine. In addition to giving a high degree of straightness, the tubes are also rounded up during the operation.
Polishing: The excellent properties of stainless steel tubes and pipes, including their high aesthetic and hygienic value, low maintenance and high durability, has led to an increased demand for polished tubes and pipes in architecture, general engineering, dairy and food-processing sectors, among others.
Moonlight Tube Industries was founded in the year 2008 and since then has pursued an unstinted path of growth despite national and international competition with a manufacturing capacity of 400 MT per annum, expanded to 2000 MT per annum in 2011. The products are accepted by clients in various industries ranging from basic industries such as paper, textile, sugar, dairy, cement, engineering, to more complex such as oil refining, petrochemical, gas and chemical processing, power generation, offshore onshore and nuclear industries.
