Vortex Tubes

The vortex tubes uses compressed air to produce both cold and hot air at the same time. A control valve located in the hot exhaust can be used to adjust the temperature drop and rise for all vortex tubes. Featuers: uses only compressed air - no Freon used; maintenance free - no moving parts; exceptionally reliable - compact-lightweight; and cycle repeatability within +/- 1?. Vortex tubes are used to cool machining operations; set solders and adhesives; cool plastic injection molds; dry ink on labels and bottles; dehumidify gas samples; cool heat seal operations; cool cutter blades; and temperature cycle parts. These tubes are available in many different models.
