Advanced Techno Product offers Legis polyurethane tubing. This is characterised by having a surface hardness greater than 50? shore D whilst retaining excellent flexibility. Its use allows compact installations to be achieved. Main advantages are: close tolerance; small bend radius in ambient temperatures; ages well; light weight (9 times less dense than copper; good resistance to humidity; can be used in a wide range of temperatures; and responds well in cold conditions. Its mechanical properties include good vibration absorption, excellent abrasion resistance, tear resistance, and good shock absorption. The polyurethane tubes are available in black, blue, red, yellow, green, blue and transparent colours making colour choice for circuit identification. The OD of tubes also varies from 4 mm to 14 mm. These are currently used for circuits of compressed air, lubricants, combustible fluids, hydraulics, vacuum and for certain chemicals.
