Tri-Cover Fittings

Rajendra Industrial Corporation is one of the leading groups engaged in manufacturing, importing and supplying all kinds of materials in stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, etc. It offers a range of tri-cover (TC) fittings: TC bends, TC tees, TC reducers, TC unions, TC clamps, TC liners (ferrules), etc. Tri-cover standard fittings are widely used in pharmaceuticals and food industries for their easily opening and cleaning facilities. A typical TC fitting consists of two liners (ferrules) and clamps, which hold both the lines together. A gasket is housed between the lines to give leak proof sealing. Details in brief: range: ½” (15 mm) to 12” (300 mm) (suitable for OD and NB size pipe); grade – AISI 304, 316, 316L; and finish polished – electro polished, 320 grit.
