Revat Metforms is a manufacturer of tubes and pipes meeting international specifications/quality standards. The manufacturing facility is equipped with latest imported machinery in terms of technology, which enables the company have precise process control, thus ensuring quality products. The range includes: Stainless Steel Pipe and Tube Products. Specifications: stainless steel seamless and welded industrial pipes – ASTM A312; stainless steel welded tubes for boilers, heat exchangers, condensers and super heater tubing – ASTM A249; stainless steel seamless tubes for boilers, heat exchangers and super heater tubes - ASTM A213; mechanical and structural tubes – ASTM A554; stainless steel tubes for general service – ASTM A269; and stainless steel seamless and welded sanitary tubing – ASTM A270. Range: seamless SS tubes and pipes – ½” to 6” OD/NB; welded SS tubes/pipes – ½” to 18” OD/NB; half pipes (for limpet coil vessels) – 2” to 3” NB; and square/rectangular sections for decorative, furniture and general applications. For sizes beyond its manufacturing range, the company has approved reputed manufacturers from the material is processed, with quality control checks conducted at its works. The quality control test equipment includes Pruftechnik-Germany made, eddy current tester; Eddysun – Taiwan made current tester; universal testing machines; BHN/Rockwell/Vickers hardness testers, imported metallurgical microscope with image analyser, etc. The quality system is established as per ISO-9001-2008, which implies that right from raw material to the finished product, all the quality requirements are ensured.
