The company is a worldwide supplier of high quality stainless steel welded/seamless pipes and tubes in numerous grades including 201, 202, 304/304L, 316/316L, 321/321H, 347/347H, and 904L. It can offer stainless steel welded pipes manufactured by two different processes, i.e., pipes manufactured from coils and pipes manufactured from plates. Welded stainless steel pipes are manufactured from 2B or No. 1 finish hot rolled stainless steel strip. Stainless steel coils of flat roll strips are fed into sizing rolls and welded. Material is then annealed (usually in an open air furnace), straightened, cut, pickled, tested, and inspected. The company specialises in supplying large diameter 100% x-ray welded stainless steel pipes, also known as pipes fabricated from stainless steel plates. Stainless steel or special alloys welded pipes with 20” (508 mm) outside diameter can me manufactured with thickness up to 40 mm. In case of large diameter stainless steel welded pipes, stainless steel plates are cut to length and width, then formed from flat into tubular shape by a press and welded. Material is then annealed, sized, and straightened, ends trimmed or cut to specific smaller lengths, pickled, and inspected.
