Maharashtra Seamless Limited, the flagship company of D P Jindal Group, is the largest manufacturer of Seamless Steel Pipes and Tubes in India, with the finest quality and wide product range. The company has now expanded its production facilities, using Plug Mill technology supported by World Class Reelers, to manufacture for the first time in India, large size seamless pipes of diameter up to 14" and wall thickness up to 40 mm. The plant is strategically located at Raigad, near Mumbai has an installed capacity of 3.5 lakh MT per year. Size ranges from 16"/18" and 20" diameter seamless pipe. Applications are in: oil and gas sector; automotive industry; hydrocarbon process industry; bearing industry; hydraulic cylinders; boiler, heat exchanger, superheater and condenser; railways; and mechanical, structural general engineering. Specifications for each segment, as applicable, are available. Maharashtra Seamless Limited provides a whole range of high-class, customisable and innovative seamless pipes and tubes using state-of-art technology. The company also manufactures ERW pipes along with the seamless pipes. This ERW plant is India's first and only plant capable of manufacturing ERW pipes up to 21" outer diameter.
