Hi-Tech make PTFE Lined Piping comprises a seamless, thermally locked plastic liner fitted in to a seamless ASTM A106, SCH 40 steel pipe and confirms to the requirement of ASTM F1545. Lined Pipes can be supplied with fixed or loose flange design and any drilling specification up to 8" NB sizes.
- An exclusive manufacturing process of liner compensates thermal expansion and contraction.
- This thermal equilibrium prevents fatigue cracking failure between the tube and flared section of the liner.
- They guarantee optimal protection against permeation and vacuum.
- Jacketed lined pipes are also available as a solution to customer's typical applications.
