Pipes, Resin-Rich

KCH offers pipes and fittings in nominal diameters of DN 25 to 600 as standard products. The company manufactures larger nominal widths as special products for specific requirements. The piping is supplied with all standard fittings. Two systems ensure good joints: either the laminated joint as a permanent joint or the flanged joint with connecting dimensions to DIN and ANSI. In order to be able to offer an individual, specific piping system in each case, KCH has developed a comprehensive product range. Pipe type E (DIN 16965-5) is a pipe made from glass mats with a glass content of about 35%. The entire pipe wall thickness is built up in same way as the chemical-resistant layer of pipe type D. Because of their special resin modification and laminate structure, Alphacor-type piping elements are suitable for special applications such as chlor-alkali electrolysis.
