Pipes, Large Diameter

Sanjay Steels, one of the leading stockists, suppliers and dealers of industrial raw material of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, offers Large Diameter Pipes. These are stainless steel pipes (welded) 3 NB to 600 NB in schedule-5, schedule 10, schedule 20 and schedule 40. Special wall thickness is formed on 800 MT hydraulic press brakes in length up to 6.0 to 7.0 metres. This section produces SS pipes (welded) as per ASTM A-358 by TIG welding and filler materials are used. The sized pipe is then sized and straightened to meet ovality and dimensional requirements of the applicable specifications. Testing, according to specifications, is then performed by either X-ray or hydrostatic method. Final marking to size, grade and specifications is done prior to final visual inspection before despatch. Chemical, physical and hydrostatic tests are done regularly since input raw materials are taken into the factory and during processing till despatching of the finished product.
