Pipes in ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene)

George Fischer Piping Systems offers Pipes in ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadien Styrene). It has as a high impact resistance and an excellent resistance to extreme environmental conditions. It is suitable for use at low temperatures (-40° C). These pipes are available in range of sizes: 16-225 mm, BS 3/8"- 8". ABS pipes are resistant to: alkalis, weak acids, and salt solutions. Recommended applications: low temperature brine, chilled water, refrigerants, air conditioning, drinking water, water treatment, process water, mining industry, and foodstuffs. These are not recommended for: high temperature uses (> 60°C) bleaches, aromatic solvents, ester, ketones and alcohols.
