Supremo Line & Control offers a range of flouoropolymer, Teflon, FEP, PFA, PTFE, lined SGI/WCB/SS/MS valves, pipes and pipe fittings. These are manufactured using Dupont's technical know-how and raw material for appropriate application of the resin for successful results with international quality for chemical industries. The advantage include: low coefficient of friction; chemical inertness; non-toxic approved by international food and drugs regulatory authorities; non-inflammable; self sealant; excellent weathering resistant; zero water absorption; and allowable operating temperature of materials like PTFE 230, PFA 230, FEP 180, ETFE 150, ECTFE 150, PVDF 130. The company manufactures and supplies Teflon flouropolymer, PTFE, FEP, PFA lines CS and SGI, WCB and DI fabricated pipes and fittings with seamless joints with heavy interlocked dove tail joints for high pressure (8 kg/cm? to full vacuum). Specifications: service temperature ? as required; lining thickness ? max 3 mm or as per requirement; spark test ? 10 kVA after lining; hydro test ? 8 kg/cm? to full vacuum as per BS and API; manufacturing standard ? pipe and fitting ASA 150#, 300#, DIN, BS 10 tables, schedule 40 seamless pipes; flanges ? ASA# 150# and drilled to be ANSI B 16.5 as per clients? requirement.
