Industries like Power Plants, Petroleum Refineries, Nuclear Power Plants, Fertilizer Plants, Process Industries and General Plumbing consist of pipelines moving fluids (liquids, gases, steam etc) for processing. The pipelines are normally supported by use of Pipe Hangers & Supports, which typically consist of a Top structural attachment (to connect to steel work at site), an intermediary hanger rod & bottom attachment consisting of clamps, which hold the pipe in place. We offer standardized components to build up such pipe support assemblies. All components comply to piping standards like MSS-SP58 / BS 3974. Materials: Carbon steel items made from plates, section etc conform to IS 2062 Gr A / B Hanger rods are manufactured from bright steel bars to IS 2062 Gr A / B. The threads i.e. right hand & left hand are checked by means of thread gauges (Go & No-Go) Ring (for male threads) & Plug (for female threads) to ensure matching with mating components & Inter-changeability. Forgings like Eye nuts, Turn buckles etc. conform to ASTMA 105 Hardware like Bolts, Nuts etc. conform to IS 1367 Cl 4.6 / 4.0. All threaded components are supplied ISO metric coarse pitch. All items are held ex-stock for effecting quick delivery. All threaded components, electro galvanized and all other components, hot dip galvanized.
