UI Pipe Fittings Pvt Ltd, an ISO 9001: 2008 certified company, has expertise in manufacturing of a range of Pipe Fittings – butt weld, socket weld and threaded fittings – along with piping fabrication (spools). The company offers products designed as per ASME B16.9, B16.11, which includes elbows, tees, reducers, flanges and broad range of pipe fittings used in boiler manufacturing, power projects, steel fabrication, gas, oil, water, energy and other process industries. The company is registered with many inspection agencies, viz., Lloyds, BVIS, DNV, QUEST, PDIL, SGS, TUV, BHEL and IBR. It has two facilities in Hyderabad with the total factory area and covered area as 30000 and 10000 sq.m respectively; both the facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art testing and manufacturing facilities.

Specifically, the company offers pipe fittings and piping fabrication as follows:

• Butt weld fittings – elbows, tees, reducers, etc (product range –½” to 48”)
• Socket weld fittings – elbows, tees, couplings, etc(product range – ½” to 4”)
• Piping fabrication (spools) – material carbon steel, alloy steel, and stainless steel
• Tanks with internals – all sizes of diameters and thickness
