These are also used in OEM end uses. Pancake coils are provided in a flat coil, which are one or two layers thick. Bunch coils are similar to pancake coils, but all of the individual loops have the same diameter much like the coil of wire. Pancake and bunch coils are produced in the following outside diameter and size ranges: min diameter – 3/16” (4.76 mm); max diameter – 7/8” (22.22 mm); standard available length is 50 feet; and lengths ranging from 2 mtr up to 100 mtr as per clients requirement in coil form can also be provided.
