Integral Finned Tubes

Sai Forge Pvt Ltd offers a range of Integral Finned Tubes. Starting from an in-house melting and continuous casting plant, the company manufactures copper (DHP & DLP), brass and cupro nickel (90:10) tubes with state-of-the-art technology, which are further processed into integral finned tubes. These are widely used in evaporators, oil coolers and air coolers. The company also has in-plant the best of testing facilities like spectro, tensile, hardness and gang hydraulic pressure testing, etc. These integral finned tubes are available with 19 FPI and 26 FPI in sizes ranging from dia 15 mm to 22 mm with wall thickness from 1 mm to 1.6 mm in lengths as per the customers’ requirements. The company can also supply in sizes of dia 5/8” and 3/4” with wall thickness from 19 SWG to 16 SWG or other options including size, length, and dimensions as per the clients’ specific demands.
