Instant One Touch Fittings

Janatics offers a wide range of instant one-touch fittings for pneumatic applications suitable for 10 bar pressure and for 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 and 14 mm dia OD tubings. They are available in various configurations like straight, L, T, Y, Bulk head, etc. There are no ferrules or nuts to tighten the tubes to the fittings as in the conventional type of metallic fittings. The tube is connected to the fitting by a simple push ensuring bubble-tight connection. Removal of the tube is done by simply pressing a cap provided. Both connection and disconnection of tube do not require any special tooling like span-ner. The advantages are: (1) full area of inner bore of the tube is available for flow of fluid, as sealing and holding is done on the OD; (2) fast and instant fitting and releasing, thus drastically saving installation time; (3) absolutely maintenance-free, providing long life; (4) threaded nipples in L, Y, T, configurations enable plastic portion to turn by 360&176; so that the tube direction can be changed to user's convenience; (5) the fitment and function of the tubes are not affected by vibrations due to positive gripping by the collet. Applications include all pneumatic systems consisting of pneumatic cylinders, valves, solenoid valves, FRLs, and control panels, compressed air lines and in machinery of all kinds wherever pneumatic systems are used.
