Helical tube is suitable as HVAC supply and return air duct work for almost all conditions of pressure and velocity used in conformance with recognised good practice. Features: helical ducts and fillings are made of high quality, light gauge, helical lock seam duct, lock joint section made to ensure constant and lasting interlocking action, fittings are made of CNC equipment to give optimum results. Advantages: light weight machine made uniformity of finished product increases tube strength through 4-ply reinforcing lock seam makes possible 50% saving in material thickness over conventional fabrication method, corrugation increases the rigidity of the tubes by approximately 300%, unlimited tube length and light weight construction permit fewer joints and supports with the subsequent saving in site labour and material, tubes have perfectly smooth interior for non turbulent flow. There is no welded, soldered or riveted seam to distort material or mar coated surfaces. Application: high and low velocity air conditioning, mine ventilation, marine and general ventilation, warm air heating, forced draft chimneys, sound absorbers, perimeter heating system, fume and dust removal, protection for electric cables, etc.
