They are ideally suited for outdoor terminations and are specially recommended for some of the worst conditions encountered along seacoasts where the humidity is very high and the atmosphere is saline. Two types are available: the regular tube, which can be used for all applications up to 36 kV and economical, medium wall variety that is suitable for applications up to 11 kV. The tubes red in colour and can be coated at the ends with red anti-tracking mastic, as per customer's choice.
