Rigil Techno India manufactures H-5(XX) Flame Retardant Heat Shrink Tubing. Dual wall adhesive lined heat shrinkable tubing manufactured by co-extrusion of polyolefin and hot melt adhesive. It environmentally seals and protects a wide variety of electrical applications including back end connector sealing, breakouts and connector to cable transitions. High expansion ratio makes it possible to repair most damaged cable jackets without removing connectors.
Adhesive lined tubing shows its strength where sealing and encapsulation are critical requirement. With an inner adhesive wall that delivers a true seal against moisture and find intrusion, these tubing offers against breaks and corrosion and a fast reliable way to seal and repair connection which can actually eliminate costly labour intensive moulding in place.
- Shrink ratio: 2:1, 3:1, 4:1
- Approvals: UL 224 600 V OFT
- Minimum shrink temperature: 120?C
- Minimum full recovery temperature: 110?C
