Heat pipe heat sinks for cooling of diodes, thyristors, IGBTs, MOSFETs and Electronic Assemblies. Heat pipe based panel coolers and heat exchangers. Heat recovery is used in HVACs dehumidifiers dryers and control panel cooling. Heat exchangers are also used for cooling NEMA sealed enclosures & for heat recovery (500W to 5kW).
