Flanges and fittings

Mumbai-based Viraj Forgings has a state-of-the-art forging shop which incorporates a 10 mt hammer, 2000 T hydraulic press and 80" ring rolling machine. The machine shop has a number of manual NC and CNC lathes. The company offers flanges and fittings for boiler and pressure vessel applications. These flanges and fittings are available in bore sizes 1/2 to 36" (10 to 900 mm) with pressure rating 150 and 300 PSI; and 1/2 to 12" (10 to 300 mm) with pressure rating 600, 900, 1,500 and 2,500 PSI. These are available as per ASTM, ANSI, GIS and DIN standards. The different types available are slipon/welding neck/long weld neck/blind lap joint/orifice/socketweld/threaded/plate flange and stub ends. Each flange is packed with protective packing and then put in a seaworthy wooden box for dispatch.
