Flame-retardant heat shrinkable tube is a tough, flexible, general purpose tubing with good resistance to common fluids and solvents and a high dielectric strength. Basic specifications: shrinking temperature – starts at 100° C; operating temperature – -55°-125°C; radial shrinkage – ?50 %; longitudinal shrinking ratio – ?5 %; material – irradiated, cross-linked, thermally stabilised flame retarded polyolefin; available colours – black, red, white, yellow, green clear or upon requirements; shrinking ratio – 2:1; rated voltage – 600 V; and flammability – UL vw-1.
