Fittings

Manlon Engineers manufactures a range of equipment for hydraulic and pneumatic equipments. This includes air low guns, nylon tubing and various types of fittings. Instant push-in type fittings are available in brass body and internals with O-rings. The working pressure is vacuum to 20 kg/cm?; working temperature -10?C to +80?C; and operating medium - compressed air, light gases, hydrocarbon oils, etc. The advantages are: no tools/no wrench required, instant connection, instant disconnection, unrestricted flow, space saving/time saving, ease of operation and reusable. Recommended tubes: nylon tubes, polyurethane tubes and other soft plastic tubes are most compatible. Applications: compressed air lines in pneumatic systems, centralised lubrication systems for machineries, automotive gasoline lines, lube and airlines for textile machinery, gas lines for fuel in automobiles, refrigeration systems, etc.
