Fine Grain Tubes

Benteler Distribution is one of the three business units of the Benteler Group specialised in the distribution and processing of tube products. The company offers fine grain tubes. These are available in steel grade: 20MnV6 (1.5217) ex stock with outside diameter 32-250 mm and wall thickness 5-50 mm in random length up to 13 m and straightness 1:1000. Finish sizes are guaranteed by chucking the OD or ID; S420N up to S890 QL1, on request in accordance with the heavy wall dimensions up to OD 660 mm with wall up to 100 mm. The lengths of the tubes depend on the producing mill. Delivery conditions: according to EN 10210-1, EN 10294-1 and EN 10297-1. Measurement tolerance: according to EN 10210-2, EN 10294-1 and EN 10297-1. Certification: inspection certificate 3.1 accrding to EN 10204. Further possibilities: heat treatment ? normalised or QT delivery in fixed length as requested processing on request.
