ERW Pipes

Surya Steel Tubes & Pipes is a manufacturer of ERW black, GI steel pipes and hollow section pipes. The tubes and pipes made by the company find use in various industries including the auto industry, and the petro chemical industry. Used in the air and water flow systems in the auto industry, the pipes and tubes are marketed under the 'Surya' brand name. They are made at the company well equipped manufacturing infrastructure at Bhuj in Gujarat, Gwalior and Bahadurgarh. The Having a capacity to produce 6,00,000 MT per annum, the products made by the company are of high quality, and high standards of specifications. They conform to national and international standards, including API. The ERW pipes are made of HR coils. After being longitudinally slit, the strip is progressively formed into a circular shape by passing it through a series of forming rolls. Continuous welding is carried out by a high frequency welding machine, and the welded pipes, after cooling, are cut in appropriate length after attaining its roundness and specified outer diameter.
