DIP TUBES

Dip-Flon Engineering offers Dip Tubes. Dip tubes, Spargers and Sampling systems are available, where the high temperature corrosion resistance and product purity of PTFE is combined with encapsulated schedule 40/ 80 steel pipe for structural integrity in agitated reactor installations. A wide range of solid PTFE dip tubes and sparger is available for non-agitated applications. Available in sizes up to 4" dia, all dip-pipes 100% dielectric tested at 10,000 electrostatic spark test.
