Compressed Air Rigid Pipe Fitting

The Compressed Air Rigid Pipe Fittings are unique rigid (non flexible) pipes and instant pipe fitting arrangements of sizes 12mm /15 mm / 20 mm / 22 mm and 28 mm size. These John Guest types of systems reduce time taken for assembly by almost 50%. These are push fit type like those conventional fittings used in pneumatic applications, only the pipes are of rigid (non flexible) anodised aluminium material. The pipes have to be simply cut with a cutter and ?push fit? into the fitting and the connections are made. Unlike conventional GI/copper piping systems they don?t require soldering, crimping or screwing of any sort. The Biggest advantage of this system is that there is 0% leakage in the compressed air as long as the system is up and running. These systems can withstand a system pressure of 10 bar, thus can be used for connecting compressed air lines in factories, workshops, machinery, outdoor applications. The fittings are being made of acetyl co-polymer which is FDA approved for food grade. The pipe and fittings can be used for pharma / mineral water / drinking water / food grade machinery etc., by using rigid nylon pipes which are also available. These fittings are reusable, and can be simply disconnected and used again without any problem even after years of being in service.
