Maharashtra Seamless Limited, the flagship company of D P Jindal Group, manufactures Coated Pipes in a wide range. These are well constructed and crafted coated pipes keeping in mind the importance of national dwellings.

Types of coating:

• External 3 layer polyethylene/polypropylene coating types, capacity – pipe size – 1”-4” OD (140 sq.m/hr, coating thickness – 3.7 mm max); pipe size – 4”–48” OD (300 sq.m/hr, coating thickness – 3.7 mm max)
• External fusion bonded epoxy (single/dual layer) coating, capacity – 300 sq.m/hr, thickness – 600 micron max, pipe size – 4”-48” OD
• Internal epoxy coating (solvent based/solvent free), capacity – 150 sq.m/hr, thickness – 500 micron max, pipe size – 6”-22” ID

Maharashtra Seamless Limited provides a whole range of high-class, customisable and innovative seamless pipes and tubes using state-of-art technology. The company also manufactures ERW pipes along with the seamless pipes. This ERW plant is India's first and only plant capable of manufacturing ERW pipes up to 21" outer diameter.
