Black & galvanised steel pipes

Metalman manufactures Black & galvanised steel pipes. A microprocessor controlled high frequency induction welder is used to weld the tube. The tube is sized to accurate dimensions and shape, prior to cutting in exact length by a digitally controlled cutoff machine. The tube is thereafter end-chamfered, hydraulically tested and galvanised on fully automatic machines. For safety during transit, the tubes are securely packed in hexagonal shaped bundles and suitably tagged for proper identifications. Typical end-uses: casing, structural, fencing, scaffoldings, general engineering, irrigation and water carrying purposes. Round pipes, plain ends/screwed and socketed are available in specifications such as ASTM: A-53, ASTM: A-120, BS: 1387, IS: 1239, IS: 1161 and DIN: 2440, 2441, and sizes 15 (1/2") to 150 mm (6") NB in all classes [high (A Class), medium (B Class) And heavy (C Class)], as per various schedules.
