ALUMINIUM COLLAPSIBLE TUBES

Extrusion Processes offers Aluminium Collapsible Tubes. It is available in all lengths and diameters ranging from 10 to 57 mm. Conical tubes for volume and freight reduction; and tubes for packing pharmaceutical products, cosmetics, toothpastes, paints and other applications are available. Tubes in sizes 10-57 mm in diameter are also available. Aluminium ophthalmic nozzle tube are also available. These replaced tin tubes throughout the world reduced the cost to 20%. Today, the long nozzle is used for adhesives and the special long nozzle is used for pharmaceutical products, such as eye ointments and surgical adhesives. Optionals include: internally - lacquered, wax coated and latex lined; and externally - plain extruded, coated and printed (1-4 colours). Advantages: tamper proof, elegant, protective, non-toxic and hygienic, lightweight, complete collapsibility and economical.
